The Operations Site Lead owns all on-site activities and personnel at the assigned location, serving as the single point of accountability for site operations, facilities coordination, and personnel administration. The role ensures the site is staffed, secure, and operating smoothly, and serves as the primary point of contact for site-level personnel matters from onboarding through roll-off. The Site Lead oversees the Supervisor and SME Supervisor roles at the site, ensuring shift operations and workstream execution run effectively, while owning administrative and personnel functions above day-to-day shift management. The Site Lead reports directly to the Program Lead and is the escalation point for site-level issues that cannot be resolved by the Supervisor or SME Supervisor. The role is distinct from those shift-level and workstream-level roles: the Site Lead owns the site, personnel lifecycle, facilities and access, and overall operational posture. The SME provides Site Lead coverage as needed during absences or gaps. This is an onsite role requiring a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance and a valid US passport. The schedule is Monday–Friday, eight-hour shifts, with participation in an on-call rotation spanning weekends and holidays and after-hours coverage for site-level emergencies. The listed base pay range for specified states and the District of Columbia is $118,700–$225,100 USD.
