The Site Lead owns all on-site activities and personnel at the assigned location, serving as the single point of accountability for site operations, facilities coordination, and personnel administration. The role ensures the site is staffed, secure, and operating smoothly, and serves as the primary point of contact for site-level personnel matters from onboarding through roll-off. The Site Lead oversees the Supervisor and SME Supervisor roles, ensuring shift operations and workstream execution run effectively while managing administrative and personnel functions beyond day-to-day shift management. The Site Lead reports directly to the Program Lead and serves as the escalation point for site-level issues that cannot be resolved by the Supervisor or SME Supervisor. The SME provides Site Lead coverage as needed during absences or gaps. The position is performed onsite, with access to a specified workspace. The schedule is Monday through Friday, an eight-hour shift, with participation in an on-call rotation spanning weekends and holidays and after-hours coverage for site-level emergencies. A TS/SCI with polygraph clearance and a valid US passport are required.
