About The Position

This role serves as a key point of contact for site operations and safety execution. It is responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and regulatory compliance. At a blending site, the role also includes oversight of production planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the warehouse or site location.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, Product, and Environmental company standards.
• Support adoption of site safety protocols and policies, and support change management for site improvements to safety standards.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, handling, and shipping activities to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment via the company-owned fleet or third-party carriers.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure cycle counts are performed to maintain inventory accuracy according to SCM standards.
• Coordinate sourcing activities with the Sourcing Manager.
• Maintain SCM order entry standards.
• At a blending site, oversee production planning.
