About The Position

ABCO is seeking an operations leader to oversee performance across assigned operational teams. The manager leads through Team Leaders rather than managing individual accounts, ensuring work progresses on time and that teams meet performance targets. The role focuses on improving structure, consistency, and accountability in a fast-paced operation that may not follow a traditional 9-to-5 schedule. The position is remote and is listed at 30–40 hours per week, paying $28 per hour.

Requirements

• Strong people-leadership experience.
• At least 5 years of experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in continued administrative functions.
• A good track record of employment.
• Ability to think on your feet, assess situations, and act with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A strong phone personality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced computer skills, including Excel, internet searches, Outlook, quick data entry, and scheduling.
• Flexible hours.
• Must meet all pre-employment requirements.
