About The Position

ABCO is seeking an operations leader to oversee performance across assigned operational teams. The role manages through Team Leaders rather than handling individual accounts and focuses on improving structure, consistency, and accountability. The position is remote, offers 30–40 hours per week, and pays $28 per hour. The operation is fast-paced and may not follow a traditional 9-to-5 schedule.

Requirements

• Strong people-leadership experience.
• At least 5 years of experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in continued administrative functions.
• Good track record of employment.
• Ability to think on your feet, assess situations, and act with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good phone personality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel, internet searches, Outlook, quick data entry, and scheduling.
• Flexible hours.
• Must meet all pre-employment requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Facilities experience is a plus.
• Construction or maintenance environment experience is preferred, but not required.
