About The Position

ABCO is seeking an operations leader to oversee performance across assigned operational teams. The manager will work through Team Leaders rather than managing individual accounts, improving structure, consistency, and accountability across the operation. The position is remote, offers 30–40 hours per week, and pays $28 per hour. The operation is fast-paced and may not follow a traditional 9-to-5 schedule.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of strong people-leadership experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in continued administrative functions.
• A good track record of employment.
• Ability to think on your feet, assess situations, and act with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong phone personality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High computer proficiency, including Excel, internet searches, Outlook, quick data entry, and scheduling.
• Flexible hours.
• Must meet all pre-employment requirements.
• Comfort managing through data and KPIs, being organized, decisive, and accountable, quickly learning a complex operation, and addressing performance issues directly.
