About The Position

ABCO is seeking an operations leader to oversee performance across assigned operational teams. The manager will manage through Team Leaders rather than working individual accounts. This role is remote and offers 30–40 hours per week at $28 per hour. The operation is fast-paced and may not follow a traditional 9–5 schedule.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of strong people-leadership experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in continued administrative functions.
• A good track record of employment.
• Ability to think on your feet, assess situations, and act with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good phone personality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel, internet searches, Outlook, quick data entry, and scheduling.
• Flexible hours.
• Willingness to address performance issues directly.
• Ability to manage through data and KPIs and quickly learn a complex operation.
• Must meet all pre-employment requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Facilities experience is a plus.
• Construction or maintenance environment experience is preferred, but not required.
