About The Position

ABCO is seeking a strong operations leader to oversee performance across assigned operational teams. The manager oversees work through Team Leaders rather than managing individual accounts, and helps ensure work progresses on time while improving operational structure, consistency, and accountability. The position is remote and is listed at 30–40 hours per week with pay of $28 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of strong people-leadership experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in continued administrative functions.
• A good track record of employment.
• Ability to think on your feet, assess situations, and act with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A strong phone personality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel, internet searches, Outlook, quick data entry, and scheduling.
• Flexible hours.
• Must meet all pre-employment requirements.
