About The Position

ABCO is seeking an operations leader to oversee performance across assigned operational teams. The manager works through Team Leaders rather than managing individual accounts, improving structure, consistency, and accountability across the operation. The role is remote and scheduled for 30–40 hours per week at $28 per hour. The operation is fast-paced and may not follow a traditional 9-to-5 schedule; flexible hours are required.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of strong people-leadership experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in continued administrative functions.
• A good track record of employment.
• Ability to think on your feet, assess situations, and act with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication skills and a good phone personality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel, internet searches, Outlook, quick data entry, and scheduling.
• Flexible hours.
• Must meet all pre-employment requirements.
