About The Position

ABCO is seeking an operations leader to oversee performance across assigned operational teams. The manager oversees work through Team Leaders rather than managing individual accounts, and is responsible for employee reviews, scheduling, reports, performance gaps, accountability, and corrective action. The role focuses on ensuring work progresses on time and improving structure, consistency, and accountability. It is remote, scheduled for 30–40 hours per week, and pays $28 per hour. The operation is fast-paced and may not follow a traditional 9-to-5 schedule.

Requirements

• Strong people-leadership experience and at least 5 years of experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in continued administrative functions.
• A good track record of employment.
• Ability to think on your feet, assess situations, and act with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong phone personality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel, internet searches, Outlook, quick data entry, and scheduling.
• Flexible hours.
• Must meet all pre-employment requirements.
