About The Position

ABCO is seeking an operations leader to oversee performance across assigned operational teams. The manager works through Team Leaders rather than managing individual accounts, and is responsible for employee reviews, schedules, performance reporting, accountability, corrective action, timely progress, and improving structure and consistency. The role is remote and listed at 30–40 hours per week, paying $28 per hour. The operation is fast-paced and may not follow a traditional 9-to-5 schedule.

Requirements

• Strong people-leadership experience and at least 5 years of experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in continued administrative functions.
• A good track record of employment.
• Ability to think on your feet, assess situations, and act with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong phone personality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel, internet searches, Outlook, quick data entry, and scheduling.
• Flexible hours.
• Must meet all pre-employment requirements.
