About The Position

ABCO is seeking a strong operations leader to oversee performance across assigned operational teams. The manager will manage through Team Leaders rather than working individual accounts, improve structure, consistency, and accountability, and ensure work progresses on time. The role is remote and offers 30–40 hours per week at $28 per hour. The operation is fast-paced and may not follow a traditional 9-to-5 schedule; flexible hours are required.

Requirements

• Strong people-leadership experience.
• At least 5 years of experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in continued administrative functions.
• Good track record of employment.
• Ability to think on your feet, assess situations, and act with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good phone personality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Extremely computer savvy, including Excel, internet searches, Outlook, quick data entry, and scheduling.
• Flexible hours.
• Must meet all pre-employment requirements.
• Comfortable managing through data and KPIs.
• Organized, decisive, and accountable.
• Able to quickly learn a complex operation.
• Willing to address performance issues directly.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced operation that does not always fit a traditional 9-to-5 schedule.

Nice To Haves

• Facilities experience is a plus.
• Construction or maintenance environment experience is preferred, but not required.
