About The Position

Operations/Payroll Admin Position Responsibilities: Responsibilities as outlined below, and any additional duties as required/assigned by the Regional Accounting Admin Manager, Regional Human Resources Manager and Senior Vice President: Responsibilities: Time and Attendance Management of mjobtime Temporary Staffing Management Orientation (Handbook, Benefit Information) IT Coordination Entering PTO/Holidays/Absences/Leave Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions. Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files. Performs other duties as assigned Administrative Operations Responsibilities: Office and Support Answering Phones / Doors Coordinating vendor, employee and customer meetings Any other necessary support to the Operations team Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
  • Strong communication skills in both languages, with the ability to translate and interpret as needed.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
  • Understands and utilizes emotional intelligence when engaging coworkers and other individuals
  • Demonstrates initiative and ownership when presented with challenges
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • At least one year of human resource management experience is preferred.
