Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of payroll processing experience required
  • Minimum 2 years of general HR and benefits knowledge
  • Strong ADP Workforce Now experience
  • Experience with payroll audits, reconciliations, and compliance
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

  • High-volume, multi-state payroll experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee full-cycle bi-weekly payroll processing for approximately 500 employees across multiple states and entities.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Handle payroll data management, compensation updates, payroll reporting, audits, reconciliations, and employee payroll support.
  • Assist with benefits reconciliation and leave administration.
  • Support payroll system improvements, audit readiness, and year-end payroll processes such as W-2 preparation and tax reporting.
