About The Position

The Operations Pastor is passionate about helping people know God through weekend services, discovering their calling, and making a difference through serve teams. This role requires a collaborative personality that enjoys leading initiatives and partnering with others to ensure program success. The ideal candidate is skilled at developing others, can have difficult conversations with grace and truth, and has a strong desire to care for people and see them connected to the local church. This individual will live out vision and values in their own life and activate others to do the same.

Responsibilities

Recruit, develop, and equip volunteer leadership across the different ministry areas such as first-impressions, next steps, etc.
Coordinate midweek and weekend set-up and tear-down of the campus
Inspect rooms and building prior to events to make sure all requirements are met including temperature settings, doors and access, room configurations, and last-minute needs and details
Oversee and manage benevolence requests for the campus
Oversee and manage campus events such as baptism weekend, At the Movies, conferences, etc.
Develop and execute a weekend service culture team strategy
Prepare and lead weekend huddles in conjunction with the Campus Pastor
Prepare and drive the weekly staff meeting in conjunction with the Campus Pastor
Lead weekend services and ministries in conjunction with the Campus Pastor
Provide ministry alignment in keeping with strategic goals in conjunction with the Campus Pastor
Other duties as assigned by Campus Pastor
