•$55,000 - $60,000•Hybrid

About The Position

The Operations & Office Coordinator is the internal organizer, administrative anchor, and technology coordinator for Taste Buds Kitchen’s national corporate headquarters in Chester, Maryland. This individual manages users and settings across digital tools, schedules pre-designed marketing campaigns, maintains local business listings for studios nationwide, supports new franchise onboarding, and helps keep the headquarters running smoothly. The company will train the coordinator on its specific software platforms; curiosity, organization, and close attention to detail are important to success in the role. The position combines operations systems administration and quality assurance, marketing operations and CRM scheduling, and corporate office and employee coordination. It includes maintaining SOP and brand-material libraries, setting up digital systems for new studios, testing integrations and data flows, assisting franchisees with basic platform issues, managing contact lists and studio listings, and coordinating office logistics and administrative onboarding. The role is hybrid, with on-site work Tuesday through Thursday at the Chester headquarters and remote-flexible Mondays and Fridays. It is a full-time individual-contributor position reporting to the Director of Operations, or to Executive Leadership in the interim, and working cross-functionally with the Head of Marketing.
