About The Position

Framebridge is seeking an Operations Manager to help build its newest manufacturing facility in Holyoke, Massachusetts. The role plans, develops, and leads a team responsible for safety, quality, and customer deliveries. It is accountable for developing and implementing consistent assembly and material-flow processes that support safe work, strong quality yields, and on-time delivery based on customer order dates. The Operations Manager develops the team to meet goals consistently and maintains high levels of communication across the organization and on the production floor. The role offers a performance-based aspiration to grow into a Plant Manager or another leadership position at Framebridge.

Requirements

• Degree in Business or Engineering.
• Expertise leading in a manufacturing operation.
• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience delivering performance-management feedback.
• Demonstrated ability to implement continuous-improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Meet goals for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Drive process improvements through Lean/Kaizen events to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
• Provide team members with performance feedback and development plans.
• Lead an environment focused on achieving business results.
