About The Position

The Operations Manager oversees store and warehouse operations, including managing policies, procedures, inventory, purchasing, and staff. This role ensures excellent customer service and supports branch employees in meeting customer needs. The Operations Manager also collaborates with other branches to maintain a consistent level of service across the City Electric Supply network. This is a supervisory role. The position is very active and involves standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing, as well as lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds. Duties and responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice.

Responsibilities

Monitor branch inventory levels.
Order material for stock and customer job orders.
Identify new products to sell to maximize profit.
Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and agents.
Lead and serve as a role model to branch employees.
Support branch employees in meeting customer needs.
Collaborate with other branches to maintain a consistent level of service across the CES network.
Oversee store and warehouse operations, including policies, procedures, inventory, purchasing, and staff.
