About The Position

The Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of two or more projects, two or more crews, a full location or line of business, or a high-value or high-activity account or location. The role oversees supplies, staff, production, work quality and quantity, performance standards, schedules, administrative documentation, safety practices, and compliance with human resources policies. Additional duties may be assigned by a supervisor or manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Ability to complete assignments without supervision and self-direct daily activities.
• Organized and motivated to provide project support as directed.
• Conscientious professional with a pleasant phone manner and excellent organizational skills.
• 5–10 years of previous experience in the field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of the business, including supplies, staff, and production.
• Confirm the quality and quantity of work completed at the end of each day.
• Maintain acceptable crew performance standards and metrics.
• Maintain contract and/or performance schedules.
• Oversee the day-to-day performance of staff.
• Complete administrative functions necessary to document work, including ordering and tracking supplies, billing, hours, and safety documents.
• Ensure safety practices and procedures, and human resources policies and procedures, are followed at all times.
• Perform other related work as assigned, using available resources to achieve established goals.
