About The Position

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience within an event agency environment, including significant exposure to pharmaceutical and/or healthcare clients.
  • Proven experience working on dedicated client accounts with complex governance, compliance, and operational requirements.
  • Strong experience managing event delivery, operational processes, reporting frameworks, and team coordination.
  • Demonstrated expertise in resource planning, utilization management, forecasting, and budget oversight.
  • Advanced knowledge of Cvent and strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel-based reporting and analysis.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and support teams at all levels.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience overseeing a dedicated pharmaceutical account at a regional or global level.
  • Experience managing operational governance structures, service reviews, or client performance programs.
  • Experience supporting multinational teams across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the production and delivery of congresses, meetings, symposia, and brand experiences for a key pharmaceutical client, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client requirements.
  • Coach, mentor, and support Project Managers and operational team members to develop capabilities and drive delivery excellence.
  • Partner with the Account Lead to monitor client satisfaction, operational performance, resource allocation, and overall account health.
  • Monitor SLAs, KPIs, compliance requirements, and RAID logs, identifying risks, proposing solutions, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Oversee account financials, including budget consolidation, forecasting, reporting, and operational performance tracking.
  • Improve delivery standards, processes, templates, reporting tools, and AI-enabled ways of working to increase efficiency and quality.
