This is a project-based internship focused on operations within the restaurant industry. The program includes a week of orientation at the corporate office with business and culture overviews, and training in problem-solving methodologies. Interns will gain hands-on experience by spending time in restaurants to understand the guest and team member experience, and to gather insights for their projects. Projects are assigned by the CEO and Leadership team and support key organizational initiatives, potentially in areas like Standards, Execution, Training, Equipment, or Analytics. The program offers ongoing support through training, leadership lunch-and-learns, performance reviews, social events, and mentorship from current OLDP participants. The internship culminates in a final presentation to department leadership, where interns share their findings, solutions, and recommendations, with the potential for their ideas to be implemented across restaurants.
