About The Position

This program is designed for ambitious individuals seeking to build a career in leading manufacturing and supply chain operations. Participants will engage in 3-4 rotational assignments across manufacturing and supply chain operations, each offering increasing leadership responsibility and real business impact. Alongside these rotations, participants will receive structured development including training in operations and manufacturing leadership, Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods, financial and operational performance management, people leadership and workforce engagement, and strategic decision-making and problem-solving. Each participant will be paired with an executive mentor and program sponsor to support their career growth and leadership development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering, Business or related field
  • 0–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, or supply chain
  • Willingness to relocate between sites as part of the program
  • Strong leadership potential and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Internship or experience in manufacturing or operations
  • Experience leading teams or projects
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead a manufacturing team, drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance while managing hourly employees.
  • Manage inventory, production planning, procurement coordination, and distribution network operations.
  • Gain exposure to warehouse management, logistics operations, and service level performance.
  • Lead improvement initiatives using Lean and problem-solving methodologies and lead improvement projects tied directly to operational KPIs and financial performance.
  • Participate in operations and manufacturing leadership training.
  • Learn Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods.
  • Develop skills in financial and operational performance management.
  • Gain knowledge in people leadership and workforce engagement.
  • Enhance strategic decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Work with an executive mentor and program sponsor for career growth and leadership development.
