ADM is seeking agile, forward-thinking, and bold individuals for its Operations Leadership Development Process (OLDP) Engineer program to help shape the future of operations at ADM. This program combines challenging work at locations across the United States with structured training and networking opportunities, designed to develop the next generation of leaders for ADM’s Global Operations team. Participants will gain firsthand experience of how ADM's manufacturing capabilities, expertise, and expansive footprint add value throughout the supply chain. They will be mentored by senior ADM operations and commercial leaders while honing leadership skills through various projects and assignments. The program features a rotational format with three, 9-month rotations in different ADM facilities, offering exposure to multiple business facets (oilseeds, corn, soy, specialty ingredients, etc.) at both large and small facilities. Rotational participants will work on cross-functional teams to execute capital or optimization projects, identify challenges, and implement solutions to improve efficiency, cost, and environmental impact. ADM provides extensive training programs, educational opportunities, and career development discussions to support personal development. Upon completion of the 27-month rotational program, participants will have the opportunity to work in a permanent full-time role within one of ADM’s North American facilities.
