About The Position

The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is an entry point to a leadership career at Mister Car Wash. Through a focused 16-week training experience, the employee develops hands-on operational skills and foundational leadership abilities while working closely with an experienced General Manager. The training is intended to prepare the employee to step into an Operations Lead role, with a path toward Assistant General Manager.

• Have at least 1 year of proven leadership experience, such as leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
• Successfully complete a pre-hire background check and, if applicable, a Motor Vehicle Records check.
