Our array of services includes Government Property Management, Production Maintenance, Mail Room Services, Equipment Tracking, Regulatory and Customer Compliance of Property Systems, Import/Export Trade Compliance, Material Management, Stockrooms/Tool Cribs/Receiving, Engineering Tool Design and Rework/Repairs, Records Management, Distribution Services, Capital Asset Management, and Development & Production-Equipment Maintenance. Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5 years of directly related experience preferred.
  • Specific contract requirements regarding education and experience will prevail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Asset Tracking databases, e.g., SAP, eQuip, PIEE
  • Strong PC skills especially with Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Capability to obtain Forklift certification – Training provided on-site

Responsibilities

  • Provide active support for audits conducted by the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and fulfill self-assessment obligations as per the Property Outcomes and Requirements outlined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), particularly FAR 45 and 52.245-1.
  • Implement Property Procedures and Policies to uphold government-approved business systems, ensuring compliance with government, customer, and contractual requirements, as well as relevant aerospace policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to specific objectives or statements outlined in contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs), while monitoring and reporting material flow across multiple systems concerning contract deliverables and outcome metrics.
  • Strategically assist in fulfilling property responsibilities that influence the Aero site's business system compliance, thereby impacting the site's eligibility to qualify, execute, and invoice government contracts.
  • Ensure the precision of incoming and outgoing shipments, considering both quality and quantity to guarantee compliance with specifications.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support successful project execution and deliverables.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and operational performance.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and project documentation.
