About The Position

This role supports the daily operations of a property inspection service company. The primary responsibilities include scheduling appointments, assisting field inspectors with access issues, updating property managers, and ensuring accurate inspection status from beginning to end. The work is high-volume and primarily phone-based, with the objective of ensuring inspections are completed, documented, and communicated effectively.

  • Experience in phone-heavy operations or customer coordination
  • Clear, professional English communication
  • Comfort managing repetitive, time-sensitive work
  • Strong attention to status, notes, and follow-through
  • Ability to stay calm when residents or schedules change
  • Good judgment when deciding what to solve or escalate
  • Reliability in a structured, high-volume environment
  • Interest in learning property services operations

  • Scheduling, dispatch, logistics, or field operations experience
  • Property management or real estate exposure
  • Experience supporting technicians, inspectors, or field teams

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm property inspections with residents
  • Coordinate with field inspectors during active appointments
  • Resolve access issues, cancellations, and no-shows quickly
  • Keep property managers updated on inspection status
  • Track each inspection from scheduling through completion
  • Document blockers, outcomes, and next steps accurately
  • Follow up until open inspection items are closed
  • Flag repeat issues that may affect service delivery
