About The Position

As a Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing client interactions and scheduling security details. This position demands excellent organizational skills and a professional presence.

Requirements

  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple calls and emails from different police departments daily, ensuring no interactions are missed.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor on the phone.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and the ability to use basic software packages.

Nice To Haves

  • Interest or experience in law enforcement, and prior experience managing people and accounts is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients who need to hire extra duty police officers.
  • Handle account and billing questions, specific detail inquiries, and related issues.
  • Utilize our scheduling software to arrange requested security details.
  • Interact with police officers and police department command staff via email and phone to answer questions and solve problems.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with service levels and prompt payment of invoices.
  • Manage multiple calls and emails from different police departments daily, ensuring no interactions are missed.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor on the phone.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and the ability to use basic software packages.
