Responsibilities and Duties: Complete all daily 1:1 team member sessions for ABA and ancillary sessions as needed Adjust daily scheduling as necessary as changes to attendance occur Communicate effectively via email, phone, and text Maintain HIPAA through all aspects of tasks assigned Complete scheduling of 6 month ABA assessments and ancillary evaluations as needed Assist with attendance tracking for clients and team members; including providing written agreements to clients who fall below the attendance policy Be available for on-call phone coverage as assigned Respond as necessary to clients/team members if cancellations occur outside of normal business hours Complete scheduling & tracking of parent training Communicate with necessary members of the clinical team on client changes Assist with additional office tasks as assigned by supervisor Track and update authorization requests as necessary through commercial insurances and contracted Community Mental Health agencies Work closely with the office team to facilitate excellent communication and customer service to parents, team members, and community members Must be available to start at 6:30AM and be flexible with schedule if later coverage is needed Ability to remain calm and positive when faced with stressful situations or unexpected changes Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and their various Google Drive options Possess written & verbal communication skills Able to abide by HIPAA privacy & confidentiality Able to work in a fast-paced environment Takes initiative for task completion Experience in a medical office setting Experience with behavioral health preferred Experience with billing is preferred Compensation & Benefits: Competitive Salary Set Schedule Monday-Friday (no weekends) Health Insurance, 401K, and Supplemental Benefits Paid Time Off Profit Sharing On-Site Training Compensation for mileage
