About The Position

The High Volume Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment of hourly and entry-level roles across multiple departments within a Forbes Five-Star luxury resort environment. This role requires a dynamic, highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting, manages large candidate pipelines, and delivers an exceptional candidate experience aligned with luxury hospitality standards. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focused, capable of balancing speed with quality while upholding the resort’s commitment to excellence.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in hospitality, retail, or service industries
  • Experience recruiting for hourly, seasonal, or entry-level roles at scale
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-service mindset
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and recruiting technologies
  • Ability to analyze recruiting data and adjust strategies accordingly

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
  • Partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs, workforce planning, and seasonal hiring demands
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, hiring events, and community partnerships
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing and future staffing needs
  • Coordinate and facilitate hiring events, open houses, and on-site interview days
  • Ensure a seamless and elevated candidate experience reflective of Forbes Five-Star service standards
  • Conduct high-volume phone screens and interviews, assessing candidates for both skillset and cultural alignment
  • Collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure smooth transition from offer acceptance to day one
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, applicant flow, conversion rates) and provide regular reporting
  • Maintain compliance with all employment laws, company policies, and hiring best practices
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies to manage candidate workflows efficiently
  • Support employer branding initiatives to position the resort as an employer of choice
