About The Position

The Operations Coordinator will transmit policies, monitor safety alerts, escalate driver complaints and driver performance issues to the appropriate departments, and ensure the operations are running smoothly without interruptions. They will build a safe working environment that facilitates and leads the drivers to set their priorities to creating a safe and customer-oriented ride.

• Must have an active driver’s license and be approved on the company’s insurance.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds without assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor driver performance using various indicators such as Key Performance Indicators, Attendance, Map Zoning, and Uber Dashboard Scores.
• Answer any incoming calls from drivers assisting them with any issues that may arise during their shift.
• Develop driver familiarity and assist Supervisors with team huddles, announcements, and coaching, as needed, for all drivers.
• Use Uber Dashboard to track driver utilization, identifying areas for improvement and escalating issues to Supervisors.
• Track all driver attendance, dispatch information, and gap time using excel spreadsheets to maintain accountability for drivers.
• Track safety alerts from Samsara cameras within the vehicle, escalating issues to Safety.
