About The Position

As an Operations Associate at Sephora, you’ll support smooth, efficient store operations and help deliver an exceptional client experience. The role includes inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, visual merchandising, and promotional and event execution. You’ll collaborate with the team to support client service and sales goals, promote an inclusive culture, and uphold company policies and store standards. This is a part-time, hourly, regular position requiring 15–29 hours per week, with availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to learn quickly and absorb and communicate product knowledge.
Ability to support outstanding client service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team-oriented and goal-driven mindset.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Availability for 15–29 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Punctuality and consistent attendance.
