Operations Associate - Part Time
About The Position
As an Operations Associate, you’ll support smooth, efficient store operations and help deliver an exceptional client experience. The role includes inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, visual merchandising, and maintaining operational standards. You will help ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution, support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals, promote an inclusive and collaborative culture, and follow company policies to help provide a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience. This is a regular, part-time, hourly (non-exempt) position. Part-time associates work 15–29 hours per week and must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts or hours. Availability during peak retail operations—including nights, weekends, and holidays—is required, along with punctuality and consistent attendance. The listed hourly pay range is $19.80–$22.90; actual pay depends on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position or location.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and absorb and communicate product knowledge.
- Ability to support outstanding client service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented approach and a goal-driven mindset.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Availability during nights, weekends, and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance.
Responsibilities
