About The Position

As an Operations Associate at Sephora, you’ll support smooth, efficient store operations and help deliver an exceptional client experience. The role includes inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, visual merchandising, promotional setups, and event execution. You’ll also support the store team in delivering client service and achieving sales goals, promote an inclusive and collaborative culture, and uphold company policies and operational standards. This is a regular part-time, hourly, non-exempt position requiring 15–29 hours per week and availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and absorb and communicate product knowledge.
• Ability to support outstanding client service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented and goal-driven mindset.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Availability for 15–29 hours per week, including peak retail periods, nights, weekends, and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance.
