About The Position
The Operations Associate supports smooth and efficient store operations that contribute to an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities span inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, operational standards, and visual merchandising. The role also supports client service, sales goals, teamwork, inclusivity, and adherence to company policies and safety standards. This is a regular part-time hourly, non-exempt position. Part-time associates work 15–29 hours per week and must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts or hours. Availability during peak retail operations—including nights, weekends, and holidays—along with punctuality and consistent attendance is required. Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and absorb and communicate product knowledge.
- Ability to support outstanding client service.

- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
