About The Position

As an Operations Associate at Sephora, you’ll support smooth, efficient store operations that help deliver an exceptional client experience. The role includes inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, operational standards, and visual merchandising. You’ll also support client service, sales goals, teamwork, and an inclusive store culture while following company policies and helping maintain a safe and enjoyable shopping experience. This is a regular, part-time hourly position at the Appleton, Wisconsin store. Part-time employees are expected to work 15–29 hours per week and must be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Punctuality and consistent attendance are required.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to learn quickly and absorb and communicate product knowledge.
Ability to support outstanding client service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team-oriented, goal-driven mindset.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Meet the required minimum part-time schedule of 15–29 hours per week.
