About The Position
As an Operations Associate at Sephora, you’ll support smooth, efficient store operations and help deliver an exceptional client experience. The role includes inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, maintaining operational standards, and supporting visual merchandising and promotional setups. You’ll collaborate with the team to provide outstanding client service, achieve sales goals, foster an inclusive environment, and uphold company policies and safety standards. This part-time, hourly position requires availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays, along with punctuality and reliable attendance. Part-time schedules are 15–29 hours per week; the role must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts or hours.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and absorb and communicate product knowledge.
- Ability to support outstanding client service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented, goal-driven mindset.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance.
