About The Position

The Operations Associate supports smooth, efficient store operations that contribute to an exceptional client experience. The role includes inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, maintaining operational standards, and assisting with visual merchandising and promotional setups. The associate also supports the team in delivering outstanding client service and achieving sales goals, fosters an inclusive and collaborative workplace, and upholds company policies and store safety standards.

This part-time position requires availability for peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as punctuality and consistent attendance. Part-time associates work 15–29 hours per week and must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts or hours. The role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and absorb and communicate product knowledge.
• Ability to support outstanding client service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
