About The Position

The Operations Associate supports smooth, efficient store operations that contribute to an exceptional client experience. The role includes inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, maintaining operational standards, and assisting with visual merchandising and promotional setups. The associate also supports the team in delivering excellent client service and meeting sales goals while fostering an inclusive, collaborative store culture and upholding company policies and safety standards.

This part-time position requires 15–29 hours per week and availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected. The role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
