About The Position
The Operations Associate supports smooth and efficient store operations that contribute to an exceptional client experience. The role includes inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, maintaining operational standards, and assisting with visual merchandising, promotional setups, and event execution. The associate also supports outstanding client service and sales goals, fosters an inclusive and collaborative team culture, and follows company policies to help maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience. This part-time position requires availability for at least 15–29 hours per week and during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected. The role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and absorb and communicate product knowledge.
- Ability to support outstanding client service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented, goal-driven mindset.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations.
