About The Position
The Operations Associate supports smooth, efficient store operations that contribute to an exceptional client experience. The role covers inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, operational standards, and visual merchandising. The associate also supports the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals, while helping maintain an inclusive, collaborative, safe, and enjoyable shopping environment. This is a part-time, hourly, regular position. Part-time associates are expected to work 15–29 hours per week and must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts or hours. Availability is required during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and absorb and communicate product knowledge.
- Ability to support outstanding client service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented mindset and goal-driven approach.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts or hours.
- Availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising, including accurate promotional setups and event execution.
- Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
