About The Position

As an Operations Associate at Sephora, you’ll support smooth, efficient store operations that contribute to an exceptional client experience. The role includes inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, maintaining operational standards, and assisting with visual merchandising. You’ll help ensure accurate promotional setups and event execution, support outstanding client service and sales goals, foster an inclusive and collaborative culture, and uphold company policies and store safety standards. This is a regular, part-time, hourly position at the AL-Summit Birmingham store.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to learn quickly and absorb and communicate product knowledge.
Ability to support outstanding client service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team-oriented and goal-driven mindset.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts or hours.
Availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Punctuality and consistent attendance.
