About The Position

The Operations Associate supports the overall customer experience by receiving shipments and accurately maintaining inventory records. The role takes ownership of the stockroom and helps replenish the sales floor after shipments or during recovery periods. The position reports directly to the Store Manager.

Requirements

Basic computer skills and familiarity with P.O.S. systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive, high-energy approach.
Ability to frequently lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally more.
Availability to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with flexibility to meet business needs and store operating hours.

Nice To Haves

At least two years of retail or related work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive and process shipments of new product and replenishment.
Process internal transfers between stores and the warehouse.
Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counting and weekly reconciliation of negative on-hand quantities.
Liaise with the Operations Manager to request inventory adjustments.
Maintain a neat and organized stockroom, ensuring products are categorized and properly ticketed.
Pack and ship client orders in accordance with company standards.
Partner with Stylists to process, pack, and ship consignments for clients and external stylists.
Research and reconcile shipping errors with FedEx.
Process store damages regularly.
Manage monthly supply orders and organization.
Assist on the sales floor during peak times and as assigned.
Perform other duties as assigned.
