About The Position
The Operations Associate supports the smooth and efficient functioning of back-of-house operations at the Sandro store in Aventura Mall. The role contributes to an exceptional customer experience and overall store performance through accurate merchandise processing, inventory management, stockroom organization, visual merchandising support, and customer service. The associate helps maintain operational excellence by following store processes, protecting assets, and supporting the sales floor.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of prior sales support experience, including POS, merchandising paperwork, cycle counts, and inventory management.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work within established timelines.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Brand-appropriate personal presentation.
- Strong communication skills with team members and leadership.
- Flexibility with scheduling to meet business needs.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
- Check in and process incoming merchandise accurately and prepare it for the sales floor.
- Coordinate timely and accurate store-to-store merchandise transfers.
- Manage markdowns by updating prices and ensuring changes are reflected on the floor.
- Process returns to vendors (RTVs), maintain clear records, and follow vendor guidelines.
- Assist with floor sets and moves in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Replenish merchandise and maintain appealing displays, signage, and visual standards.
- Support shortage prevention and store asset protection.
- Assist with inventory control, including cycle counts and physical inventory preparation.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure environment.
- Keep the stockroom organized and efficient; use best practices to optimize space and restocking processes.
- Assist with POS operations and accurate customer transactions.
- Greet and assist customers on the sales floor.
