About The Position

The Operations Associate supports smooth, efficient back-of-house operations and contributes to an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor. The role manages merchandise processing and inventory, supports visual merchandising and asset protection, maintains an organized stockroom, and assists with sales floor and point-of-sale activities. The position is temporary and seasonal at Sandro, Aventura Mall, Florida.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of prior sales support experience, including POS, merchandising paperwork, cycle counts, and inventory management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work within established timelines.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Brand-appropriate personal presentation.
• Strong communication skills with team members and leadership.
• Flexibility with scheduling to meet business needs.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check in and process incoming merchandise accurately and prepare it for the sales floor.
• Coordinate timely, accurate store-to-store merchandise transfers.
• Manage markdowns by updating prices and ensuring changes are reflected on the sales floor.
• Process returns to vendor (RTVs), maintain clear records, and follow vendor guidelines.
• Assist with floor sets and merchandise moves in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Replenish merchandise and maintain visual standards, displays, and signage.
• Support shortage prevention and inventory control, including cycle counts and physical inventory preparation.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure environment.
• Keep the stockroom organized and efficient, and optimize space and restocking processes.
• Assist with point-of-sale operations and accurate customer transactions.
• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor.
