About The Position

The Operations Associate supports the Operations Manager and helps oversee store operations, inventory, logistics, and the customer experience. The role includes managing stock levels and sell-through while the BOH Manager is off site; maintaining an organized back of house; partnering with the REVOLVE Warehouse team; and ensuring inventory accuracy and controls. The associate also assists customers, observes client interactions with the team and technology, and provides coaching in the moment. The position leads and trains the store team, contributes to loss prevention, and helps maintain the facility, presentation, and organization. It also supports brand and concept standards on the selling floor, trains staff in visual merchandising, and works with the FWRD Pop-Up to understand current culture and identify areas for improvement. Requirements

At least 2 years of retail experience.
Proficiency in Gmail, Excel, Word, and online navigation.
Understanding of garment bodies and fashion trends.
Understanding of retail metrics and terms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to be flexible and work extended hours when necessary.
Ability to bend, lift, open, and move product weighing up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Manage stock levels, logistics, and sell-through while the BOH Manager is off site.
Keep the back of house organized.
