Operations Associate - Part Time
About The Position
As an Operations Associate at Sephora, you’ll support smooth, efficient store operations and contribute to an exceptional client experience. The role includes inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, maintaining operational standards, and assisting with visual merchandising and event execution. You’ll work collaboratively to support client service, sales goals, inclusion, and a safe and enjoyable shopping environment. This is a regular, part-time hourly position at the Alamo Quarry store in San Antonio, Texas, with a stated schedule of 15–29 hours per week. The role requires availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as punctuality and consistent attendance. The hourly pay range is $18.00–$20.50, depending on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate factors. Sephora offers healthcare and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, absorb product knowledge, and communicate it.
- Ability to support outstanding client service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-player attitude and a goal-driven mindset.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Availability for 15–29 hours per week, including peak retail periods, nights, weekends, and holidays.
