Operations Associate - Part Time
About The Position
The Operations Associate supports efficient store operations and an exceptional client experience. The role covers inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, operational standards, and visual merchandising. The associate also supports client service and sales goals, promotes an inclusive and collaborative workplace, and follows company policies to help maintain a safe and enjoyable shopping environment. This is a part-time, hourly position with a stated schedule of 15–29 hours per week. Associates must be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and absorb and communicate product knowledge.
- Ability to support outstanding client service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative, goal-driven mindset.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Availability for 15–29 hours per week, including peak retail periods such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance.
