About The Position

The part-time Operations Associate supports the Operations team with in-store lottery ticket operations. Based on-site in Woburn, Massachusetts, this role processes customer orders, follows procedures for the retail and fulfillment location, maintains equipment, and helps ensure lottery products move efficiently and safely through fulfillment. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth of a start-up and develop a career in operations. The schedule requires open availability on weekends and weekday evenings. The role may involve flexible hours, extended shifts during the day or night, and occasional weekends or holidays.

Requirements

High school degree or equivalent.
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed, potentially including extended daytime or nighttime shifts and occasional weekends or holidays.
High attention to detail and an organized approach to work.
Ability to adapt to change and shifting priorities and to approach work in a solutions-oriented manner.
Commitment to owning work and maintaining quality standards.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in retail, restaurant, or warehouse operations, or an interest in general operations management.

Responsibilities

Fulfill customer orders in an organized and systematic manner by processing lottery tickets.
Follow opening and/or closing procedures for the retail and fulfillment location.
Keep in-store equipment in good operating condition.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues with printing and scanning equipment.
Escalate issues, concerns, and feedback to the supervisor on duty in a timely manner.
Participate in special ad-hoc projects.
Follow established operating procedures to maintain quality standards.
Scan, handle, and move lottery products efficiently and safely through the fulfillment process.
