Operations Associate - Part Time
About The Position
As an Operations Associate at Sephora, you support efficient store operations and an exceptional client experience. You help manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, maintain operational standards, and assist with visual merchandising, promotional setups, and event execution. You also support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals, foster an inclusive and collaborative culture, and follow company policies to help create a safe and enjoyable shopping environment. This is a regular, part-time hourly position requiring 15–29 hours per week. Associates must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts or hours, be available during peak retail operations—including nights, weekends, and holidays—and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance. The listed pay range is $19.80–$22.90 per hour; actual pay depends on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors. Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and absorb and communicate product knowledge.
- Ability to support outstanding client service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented, goal-driven mindset.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
