Operations Associate - Part Time
About The Position
As an Operations Associate at Sephora, you’ll support smooth, efficient store operations that contribute to an exceptional client experience. The role includes inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards. You’ll also assist with visual merchandising, promotional setups, and event execution while supporting client service and sales goals. The position helps foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture and requires following company policies to maintain a safe and enjoyable shopping experience. This is a regular, part-time hourly position. Part-time employees are expected to work 15–29 hours per week and must be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected. The listed pay range is $18.00–$20.50 per hour; actual pay depends on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and absorb and communicate product knowledge.
- Ability to support outstanding client service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts or hours; part-time hours are 15–29 per week.
